We're looking for a Chef De Partie (CDP) to join us as we continue our path for growth and evolvement- it's a really exciting time- with the brand new Health Club about to open, new ventures and menus in development. You'll be creating dishes across both the hotel dining menu, events choices and new health club options too, for our newly launched Health Club. We are looking for an enthusiastic CDP Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and strength in providing quality service.
Your CDP responsibilities include:
- Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items- running your section when fully trained and confident
- Supporting Head Chef- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
- To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section- great food, every time!
- Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section/service
