We’re looking for Health Club Receptionists
You bring a calm, positive energy to every guest interaction.
You'll be confident communicating with guests and members as they enjoy our facilities, from reformer and spin classes, to the gym and spa garden, ensuring every experience feels special.
- Duties and responsibilities as our Health Club Receptionist will include:
- Take and manage class and PT bookings
- Dealing with membership enquiries on the phone and inhouse
- Greeting members and guests warmly when they arrive
- Front of House - serving drinks, shakes and light bites
- Complete operational/compliance checks such as temperature and water checks
- Taking payments for bookings/ products in the club
- Answering calls and emails, ensuring a high level of guest service at all time
- Schedule
This role includes rota'd shifts across, mornings, evenings and weekends. Flexible shiftsbetween the following times:
- 6am - 10pm Mon-Fri
- 7am - 9pm Sat/Sun
