Our client — a successful and fast-paced dealership in Manchester — is searching for a confident, stand-alone F&I professional to take full ownership of the finance function. Whether you’re currently a Business Manager, F&I Manager, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Controller with strong finance exposure, this is a brilliant opportunity to maximise profitability and really stamp your mark on the sales operation.

Salary: £35,500 basic • £70,000 OTE

Hours: Monday – Saturday (Day off in week)

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly):

  • Owning and maintaining full FCA compliance across all finance processes
  • Managing all F&I procedures, deal stacking and business development
  • Driving profitability by maximising finance, insurance and add-on penetration
  • Supporting the Sales Manager to deliver profit and volume targets
  • Maximising profit per unit while maintaining a compliant, customer-first approach
  • Handling and converting all finance enquiries effectively
  • Ensuring accurate completion of all finance and sales documentation
  • Liaising with finance houses to secure commission payments and reconciliations

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager, F&I Manager or similar
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills — confident at all customer levels
  • Strong numeracy skills with a commercial, profit-focused mindset
  • Highly organised, persuasive and self-motivated
