Are you an experienced Trade Parts Telesales Advisor looking for your next opportunity within a busy automotive Parts department? Our client — a prestigious automotive brand in North London — is looking for a confident and customer-focused Parts professional to support and grow their trade parts operation. Whether you’re currently working as a Trade Parts Advisor, Parts Telesales Advisor, Parts Advisor, Trade Parts Sales Executive or Parts Sales Advisor, this is a great opportunity to join a professional, well-supported main dealer environment.

Salary: £32,760 Plus Bonus OTE £9,000

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5.30pm (1IN2) Saturday

What you’ll be doing, and doing brilliantly:

  • Handling inbound and outbound trade parts sales enquiries
  • Building strong relationships with trade customers and regular accounts
  • Identifying parts accurately using manufacturer systems and catalogues
  • Providing prices, availability and delivery updates to customers
  • Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Upselling additional parts, accessories and related products where appropriate
  • Liaising with warehouse, drivers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Following up quotes and enquiries to maximise sales conversion
  • Supporting stock control and identifying fast-moving trade parts
  • Delivering a professional, helpful and reliable service to every customer

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Trade Parts Advisor, Parts Telesales Advisor or Parts Advisor
  • Strong automotive parts knowledge, ideally within a main dealer or TPS-style environment
  • Confident telephone manner with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to identify parts accurately and process orders efficiently
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales and upselling
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable building long-term relationships with trade customers
  • Kerridge / DMS / manufacturer parts system experience would be beneficial
