We’re looking for a sharp, people-focused Service Advisor to join a thriving dealership in Bromley. The role involves keeping customers happy and workshops running smoothly.

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers at the service desk / service reception, building rapport and making their experience effortless
  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs while maximising workshop efficiency
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell value‑adding services, labour and products
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the day and ensuring excellent communication
  • Arranging courtesy cars or alternative transport where needed
  • Working closely with the Workshop Controller and Technicians to keep workflow on track
  • Clearly explaining work carried out, pricing, and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist or Service Consultant (main dealer or quality independent)
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Confident communicator on the phone and face‑to‑face
  • Strong admin and IT skills – organised, accurate, able to prioritise
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment
