Working closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support, Leasing Companies and Vehicle Preparation Centre, you'll ensure customers receive an exceptional experience whilst maintaining compliance and manufacturer standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within automotive administration , vehicle administration , dealership administration , fleet administration or a similar office-based administrative role.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities Process all administration relating to vehicle sales Prepare and complete vehicle sales paperwork accurately Register new vehicles in line with manufacturer and DVLA requirements Run and maintain daily vehicle stock reports Allocate vehicle registrations Order leasing company documentation and vehicle accessories Liaise with the PDI Centre to coordinate vehicle preparation Produce accurate invoices using internal systems and spreadsheets Support the Sales Team throughout the sales process Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant Deliver high levels of organisation and attention to detail Maintain excellent housekeeping across all administration processes What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience as a: Sales Administrator Vehicle Sales Administrator Fleet Administrator Fleet Sales Administrator Dealership Administrator Automotive Administrator Sales Support Administrator Vehicle Administrator Don't worry if you don't tick every box.
