At theo - The Automotive Recruitment Specialists, we do not do “make the tea” apprenticeships. You will be trained properly, supported by a high-performing team, and given the tools to build a genuine career in recruitment — not just a job.
What you will be doing:
- You will work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants, learning the ropes and getting stuck in from day one.
- Speaking to candidates daily and building relationships.
- Resourcing candidates for live automotive vacancies across the UK.
- Learning how to interview, qualify, and match people to roles.
- Managing candidate pipelines and CRM systems.
- Supporting consultants on key dealership and automotive accounts.
- Learning the commercial side of recruitment and how fees are earned.
Training & Qualification:
- Level 3 NVQ fully funded.
- On-the-job recruitment training from industry experts.
