We’re working with an innovative and rapidly growing technology company that provides data-driven platforms to large enterprise customers. Their technology helps organisations increase revenue, improve customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency through data, automation, and intelligent insights.

As the business continues to scale, they’re now looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help build the infrastructure that powers their commercial growth. This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of the company’s revenue engine, combining Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Deal Enablement. What you’ll be doing:

  1. Revenue Operations & Commercial Systems
    • Own and optimise HubSpot CRM architecture, workflows, and reporting and build and maintain real-time dashboards covering pipeline, ARR and forecasting
    • Improve forecast accuracy and stage discipline across the commercial organisation
    • Design automation to reduce manual work and increase team productivity and continuously improve CRM workflows and commercial processes
    • Ensure data consistency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance
  2. Commercial Strategy & Operational Improvement
    • Lead cross-functional commercial improvement initiatives
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
    • Build standardised operating rhythms, templates and reporting frameworks, developing standardised sales assets, proposals, reporting packs and commercial materials
    • Support pricing, packaging and commercial model analysis
  3. Deal Support & Growth Enablement
    • Support complex commercial opportunities with structured analysis and materials
    • Build financial models and ROI narratives for strategic opportunities
    • Track key opportunities and ensure alignment across internal teams and surface insights from pipeline and customer data to inform business strategy

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (building architecture, workflows and reporting)
  • Experience building revenue dashboards, pipeline tracking and forecasting models and confidence working cross-functionally with commercial teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability (SQL or similar data querying tools beneficial)
  • Experience improving CRM workflows and commercial processes
  • Good understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, pipeline, churn, forecasting)

Nice to have:

  • Experience within SaaS, technology, or data-driven businesses
  • Exposure to pricing strategy or commercial modelling
  • Experience supporting complex or enterprise sales opportunities
