We’re recruiting for an HR & Recruitment Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration within a busy office-based environment. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week required in the office. The role suits someone who enjoys working with detail, supporting hiring activity and keeping HR processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring Support
  • Posting job adverts and coordinating interview schedules
  • Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records within an ATS
  • Preparing offer letters, contracts and pre-employment documentation
  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment administration
  • Onboarding Administration
    • Coordinating onboarding paperwork and processes for new starters
    • Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time
    • Supporting new starters through their onboarding period
  • HR Administration
    • Maintaining employee records within the HR system
    • Supporting general HR administration including document management, data entry and compliance checks
    • Assisting with HR reporting and tracking key information
    • Supporting employee-related matters through note-taking and meeting coordination

    About You

    • Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or Recruitment Administrator role
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Confident communicator with a professional approach
    • Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
    • Discreet and reliable, with a clear understanding of confidentiality
    • Comfortable working as part of a team
