We’re hiring an Apprentice at theo. Confident. Charismatic. Hard-working. If you’re hungry to learn, enjoy talking to people, and want an apprenticeship with REAL earning potential, this could be the start of something big. At theo – The Automotive Recruitment Specialists, we don’t do “make the tea” apprenticeships. You’ll be trained properly, supported by a high-performing team, and given the tools to build a genuine career in recruitment — not just a job.
What you’ll be doing
- Speaking to candidates daily and building relationships
- Resourcing candidates for live automotive vacancies across the UK
- Learning how to interview, qualify, and match people to roles
- Managing candidate pipelines and CRM systems
- Supporting consultants on key dealership and automotive accounts
- Learning the commercial side of recruitment and how fees are earned
Training & Qualification
- Level 3 NVQ fully funded
