Aftersales Manager / Service Manager – Peterborough\\nAre you a dynamic, experienced Aftersales Manager looking for your next high-impact leadership role? Our client — a successful, fast-paced prestige main dealer in Peterborough — is seeking a driven Aftersales professional to lead their service and parts operations. Whether you have operated as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Service Reception Manager, Aftersales Leader or even aspire toward Service Director level, this is a standout opportunity to step into a role with real influence and strategic responsibility.\\n\\nThis dealership needs a strong people leader who thrives in a main-dealer environment, inspires teams, elevates customer experience, and drives performance across the entire Aftersales function.\\n\\nSalary: £45,000 basic • £75,000 OTE\\nHours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm\\n\\nWhy you’ll love this role\\n· Company Car\\n\\n· Join a respected prestige dealership with an established customer base\\n\\n· Lead a skilled Aftersales team with opportunities to coach, develop and inspire\\n\\n· Shape processes, performance and the overall customer journey\\n\\n· Full autonomy to drive marketing initiatives, efficiency improvements and departmental growth\\n\\n· Senior role with genuine influence over profitability, culture and long-term success\\n\\nWhat you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)\\n· Planning, controlling and monitoring all service department processes while developing the Aftersales team\\n\\n· Coaching, mentoring and managing Service Advisors, Workshop Control and wider Aftersales staff\\n\\n· Reviewing labour efficiency, labour sales, cost of sales and ensuring resources match workshop requirements\\n\\n· Monitoring customer needs and competitor activity; leading targeted marketing and retention initiatives\\n\\n· Overseeing accurate recording of daily operating controls, KPIs and departmental reporting\\n\\n· Managing dealership assets including tools, equipment and workshop facilities\\n\\n· Controlling expenses against agreed budgets and regularly reviewing management accounts\\n\\n· Ensuring CSI excellence and embedding a customer-first culture\\n\\nWhat we’re looking for\\n· Previous experience managing service and parts departments within a main dealer (essential)\\n\\n· A solid, progressive motor trade career in Aftersales Management\\n\\n· Strong leadership presence — able to motivate, influence and build a high-performing team\\n\\n· Confident relationship builder at all customer and corporate levels\\n\\n· Highly process-driven with deep understanding of KPIs and operational control\\n\\n· Commercially aware with entrepreneurial flair to grow Aftersales revenue\\n\\n· Proven track record delivering excellent CSI results\\n\\n· Strong understanding of vehicle design, manufacturer standards and legislation\\n\\n· Full UK Driving Licence\\n\\nSound like you?\\nIf you're an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager ready to take on a senior leadership role with a prestige dealership in Peterborough, APPLY today — we’d love to speak with you.\\n\\nIf you haven’t heard from us within 14 days, unfortunately this means your application hasn’t been unsuccessful on this occasion
