An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Field Consultant to join a rapidly growing business delivering cutting-edge SaaS solutions to top UK dealer groups and global OEMs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving change, delivering results, and supporting dealer networks through performance optimisation and innovative consultancy.
Aftersales Field Consultant Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation – Deploy and lead the Catalyst for Aftersales (CFA) program across multiple dealer networks, driving customer retention and boosting parts and labour sales.
- Client Engagement – Conduct regular field visits and virtual consultations with dealers and OEM stakeholders, offering expert advice to enhance aftersales operations.
- Performance Analysis – Carry out in-depth assessments to identify improvement areas and guide clients toward strategic, data-driven changes.
- Training Delivery – Provide engaging on-site and virtual training, equipping dealer staff with the tools and knowledge to extract full value from our solutions.
- Growth Support – Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities and expand service adoption across the dealer network.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Industry Expertise – Previous experience in automotive aftersales (OEM, dealer, DMS, or SaaS supplier environment).
- Strong Communicator – Excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Consultative Approach – A hands-on and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of CRM and aftersales processes.
- Self-Starter – Proactive, resilient, and capable of managing responsibilities independently across varied regional locations.
