Ryman is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Management Team in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and getting the best from the team. You will lead by example on the shop floor, ensure excellent customer experiences, and step in when the Store or Deputy Manager is absent.
You will champion a customer-first culture, handle queries effectively, and help develop colleagues while maintaining security, stock control, and visual merchandising to support store KPIs.
