As a Sales Assistant at Ryman Design, you'll be part of something new and exciting. You'll help bring our creative vision to life, creating an inspiring shopping experience where customers can discover design-led stationery, gifting, art, craft and lifestyle products they'll love.

What you'll be doing
- Bring Ryman Design to life, sharing your passion for design-led stationery and beautifully designed products with customers.
- Use your creativity and artistic flair to make the shop floor engaging, inspiring and full of personality.
- Deliver brilliant customer service by getting to know what customers are looking for and helping them discover the right products.
- Confidently recommend products, highlight promotions and spot opportunities to upsell.
- Bring your creative eye to visual merchandising, helping make our products look irresistible and catch customers' attention.
- Help make our New Concept Store a destination customers want to visit, explore and come back to.
- Work towards and exceed store KPIs, helping the team achieve fantastic commercial results.
- Keep the store looking its best by replenishing stock and maintaining high presentation standards.
- Build your product knowledge and become an expert in the products, brands and stories behind Ryman Design.
- Share your ideas, enthusiasm and creativity with the team as we continue to shape the future of the concept.
- Be part of creating a store experience that feels fresh, inspiring and different from traditional high street retail.
