Overview
As Operations Manager in our Leeds dairy logistics operation, you will lead a high-performing team, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and drive cost discipline.
You will manage depot operations, deliver against KPIs, and foster excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll shape a culture of wellbeing and inclusion while pushing continuous improvement and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team
- Ensure Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems compliance
- Manage depot operations including rota planning, staffing, and cost control
- Deliver against KPIs and OGSM targets
- Drive customer service excellence for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure legal compliance for drivers and vehicles
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and disciplinary procedures
- Promote wellbeing, diversity and inclusivity at site level
