b Overview /b p In this role you will support production in a fast-paced, highly automated dairy environment by performing planned and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment reliability. You work closely with Production to maintain safety, quality and OEE targets, driving continuous improvement and permanent fixes. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical and automation faults and ensure assets are safe and ready for operation. The position offers long-term career opportunities in a market-leading manufacturing business. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 57,289 annual salary /li li Paid rate /li li 5,000 sign-on bonus (probation) /li li Annual bonus up to 5% /li li Annual leave 282 hours /li li Health Care Cash Plan /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Perform reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and support production performance /li li Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) using the CMMS system /li li Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and automation faults /li li Maintain pumps, valves, filling equipment, process systems and fast-moving production machinery /li li Ensure equipment is safe and fully operational before returning to service /li li Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions /li li Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency /li li Collaborate with Production and Operational teams to hit site performance targets /li li Maintain engineering standards supporting safety, quality and OEE performance /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Time-served engineering apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent engineering qualification /li li Experience in a multi-skilled maintenance environment /li li Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills /li li Experience maintaining machinery in manufacturing, production, process or FMCG environments /li li Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and automated production lines /li li Experience with preventative maintenance systems and planned maintenance activities /li li Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills /li li Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment /li li Excellent communication and teamwork skills /li /ul ul li Communication /li li Team-working /li li Problem-solving /li li Electrical and mechanical fault-finding /li li PLC-controlled equipment /li li Automated production lines /li /ul
