What You’ll Be Doing (and Doing Brilliantly)
- Assess vehicle damage and produce accurate, detailed repair estimates
- Use systems such as Audatex (or similar) to create and manage estimates
- Liaise with insurers, engineers, and customers to move claims forward
- Identify additional damage and update estimates accordingly
- Ensure all repairs are cost-effective and meet manufacturer standards
- Provide clear, accurate job instructions to the workshop team
- Manage your own workload to meet KPIs and turnaround targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator / Bodyshop Estimator
- Strong understanding of accident repair methods and bodyshop processes
- Experience with estimating systems (Audatex, GT Motive, Glassmatix etc.)
- Sharp attention to detail - you take pride in getting it right first time
- Confident communicator with both customers and insurers
- ATA accreditation (nice to have, not essential)
- A team player with a professional, no-nonsense approach
