Whether you have worked as an Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist, Service Consultant or in any frontline motor trade aftersales role, if you love keeping customers happy and workshops running smoothly, you will feel right at home.
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 plus Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm, 1 in 5 Saturdays 8am - 12.30pm

What you will be doing (and doing brilliantly):
- Welcoming customers at the service desk / service reception, building rapport and making their experience effortless
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs while maximising workshop efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to upsell value-adding services, labour and products
- Keeping customers updated throughout the day and ensuring excellent communication
- Arranging courtesy cars or alternative transport where needed
- Working closely with the Workshop Controller and Technicians to keep workflow on track
- Clearly explaining work carried out, pricing, and recommendations
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist or Service Consultant - main dealer or quality independent
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people (and has the personality to prove it)
- Confident communicator on the phone and face-to-face
- Strong admin and IT skills - organised, accurate, able to prioritise
- A proactive attitude and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
