Our client, a well-established and growing bodyshop in Guildford, is looking for a skilled Mechanical, Electrical & Trim Technician to join their busy team. Whether you're currently working as an MET Technician, Mechanical Electrical Technician, or Bodyshop Technician, this is a solid opportunity to join a professional repair centre with consistent work and high standards.
Salary: £42,100 OTE £53,320
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, No weekends

What you'll be doing (and doing brilliantly):
- Dismantling accident-damaged vehicles methodically and safely
- Rebuilding vehicles to manufacturer and company standards
- Carrying out mechanical repairs on a wide range of makes and models
- Ensuring all repairs meet safety, quality and customer expectations
- Working efficiently while maintaining a right-first-time approach
- Using your initiative to solve problems and support the wider bodyshop team
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an MET Technician within a busy bodyshop environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- ATA accreditation or working towards it preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
- Confident working on multiple vehicle brands and models
- High attention to detail with a genuine passion for quality repairs
- Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
