Theo currently has an exciting opportunity for an apprentice admin assistant to join them based at their Loughton office.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience and become a successful administrator.

  • What You’ll Do
  • The role includes posting content regularly on all social media accounts, writing job adverts, blog articles, managing the website and creating data list exports.
  • The successful candidate will be required to undertake a diverse range of duties: Full office administration supporting all members of staff
  • Filing, scanning & photocopying
  • Adding worker details onto a variety of CRM systems & completing forms
  • Answering the telephone & speaking with clients and candidates
  • Prepare offer letters for successful candidates
  • Making calls to chase up documents
  • Arranging meetings
  • Sorting emails from various accounts
  • Outcome

A full-time role within the company following successful completion of an apprenticeship.
