Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Technical Co-ordinator to support technical operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Technical Co-ordinator will be responsible for leading on-shift maintenance activities, coordinating technical resources, and supporting manufacturing teams to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Supporting breakdown analysis and technical problem solving
- Managing maintenance schedules, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring maintenance spend, repairs, and spare parts
- Supporting continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
- Leading root cause investigations and implementing countermeasures
- Supporting manufacturing teams with equipment and process issues
- Ensuring all activities comply with health & safety regulations
- Maintaining maintenance systems and technical documentation
