A Document Control Specialist opportunity has arisen within a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy and accessibility of quality documentation while supporting business compliance and operational excellence.
As a Document Control Specialist, you will:
- Manage document changes
- Maintain electronic quality management systems
- Coordinate employee training records
- Ensure quality documentation is processed accurately and efficiently
- Support engineering change activities, internal audits, document archiving, quality reporting and continuous improvement projects
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and readily available. You will play a key role in supporting the Quality function and helping the business maintain the highest standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Document Control Specialist, Document Controller or within Quality Documentation
- Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment such as medical devices, pharmaceutical, aerospace or similar
- Experience using electronic document management or Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous but not essential
