This organisation specialises in developing advanced HVAC systems for leading global OEMs. Job Description As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in the testing and development of cutting-edge HVAC components for the automotive industry. Your main responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the bench test area to ensure accurate test setup, execution, and reporting. * Analysing customer specifications to develop and manage test plans. * Organising test schedules and resources, including external facilities. * Preparing detailed test reports and data analyses for stakeholders. * Managing the procurement of testing tools and fixtures. * Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and quality improvements. Skills & Experience To excel as a Test Engineer, you should have: * A degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical) or equivalent experience. * Background in automotive testing is desirable. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as injection molding, aluminium brazing, and pipe bending. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using engineering tools and techniques. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to create detailed technical reports. * Availability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
