Job Description
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality Management System within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will manage supplier quality activities, customer complaint investigations, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Senior Quality Engineer will investigate non-conforming materials and adverse events, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented. You will work closely with suppliers, managing corrective actions, conducting audits, monitoring performance, and supporting supplier qualification.
You will also support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, post-market surveillance, and risk management activities. The Senior Quality Engineer will contribute to validation activities, Gage R&R studies, quality metrics reporting, and ongoing improvements to systems and processes.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
- 5+ years’ Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, ISO 14971, and EU MDR
- Experience with CAPA, NCRs, supplier quality, audits, and complaints
- Knowledge of statistical sampling, GD&T, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
