Job Description

This Deputy Quality Assurance Manager role will support the QA Manager and wider operational teams in maintaining exceptional food safety and quality standards across the site. The successful Deputy Quality Assurance Manager will play a key role in supporting BRCGS compliance, HACCP systems, internal audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities for the Deputy Quality Assurance Manager include:

  • Supporting Food Safety & Quality Management Systems
  • Assisting with BRCGS and external audits
  • Supporting HACCP reviews and meetings
  • Managing investigations and corrective actions
  • Supporting QA team development and coaching
  • Conducting traceability and recall exercises
  • Working collaboratively with Operations, Hygiene and QC teams

Skills & Experience
