Job Description: As a Reliability Processor, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of reliability testing and failure analysis activities within the business. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, preparing, and monitoring test samples in line with reliability test plans, as well as assisting with investigations that support process development, product improvement, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day, the Reliability Processor will ensure traceability of activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the improvement of methods and techniques. You will also be involved in archiving data, reporting on performance indicators, and conducting basic maintenance checks of reliability and analysis equipment. This role offers the chance to build your technical skills in reliability testing and failure analysis while contributing to high-impact projects that directly influence product quality and performance. Skills & Experience: Essential: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a mass production environment * Ability to work with chemicals safely * Positive, flexible, and self-motivated approach * Effective communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work within teams and adapt across different tasks * Willingness to work a rotating 2-shift pattern (early and late shifts) Desirable: * General understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes * Basic knowledge of failure analysis techniques * Familiarity with reliability testing principles Why Should You Apply?
