Salary: £25k–£32k + Uncapped Commission (Top Earners £100k+)
Location: Belmont, Durham | Full-Time

What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow client relationships
* Source and speak with candidates daily
* Develop new business via calls, meetings, and LinkedIn
* Build your personal brand and network in your niche
* Negotiate deals and deliver results for clients and candidates

* 4-day week (Mon–Thu, 8am–6pm)
* Uncapped commission – no thresholds, unlimited earning potential
* Year 1 OTE: ~£40k | Year 2: £50–60k | Year 3+: £60–100k+
