Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of New Product Introduction projects. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project execution across quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) parameters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to be a key part of cross-functional teams, working closely with both internal departments and international stakeholders.
Your responsibilities as a Project Engineer will include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Supporting the launch and delivery of new products into production.
- Managing project documentation and coordinating project activities.
- Working closely with overseas head office and local internal teams.
- Handling design change projects pre- and post-SOP.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers as required.
Skills & Experience: To succeed as a Project Engineer, you should bring:
- A proven background in project engineering or project management.
- Experience leading or supporting projects from concept to launch.
- Automotive, plastics or high-volume manufacturing experience.
- Experience of RFQs and costing.
A technical or engineering background is preferred, but not essential.
