As a Production Scheduler, you’ll take full ownership of delivering accurate and achievable finite manufacturing schedules to ensure smooth production flow and maximum efficiency. Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, this role requires a proactive individual who can balance short-term production demands with long-term planning objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, maintain, and monitor finite manufacturing schedules.
- Act as the first line of scheduling support for production teams.
- Review and provide capacity information to guide decisions.
- Build an in-depth understanding of manufacturing operations to enhance scheduling accuracy.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to drive performance.
- Provide cover and support to other areas of planning as required.
- Proven experience in finite manufacturing scheduling (essential).
- Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.
- SAP experience advantageous (training provided).
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
