Location: Seaham (with regional support)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

As a Procurement Administrator, you will:

  • Support Senior Buyers in delivering efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement services
  • Maintain supplier data, raise purchase orders in SAP, and resolve invoice queries
  • Support tender activity, audits, and the management of vendor documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams including Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and Marketing
  • Develop into Junior Buyer responsibilities, assisting with sourcing, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier relationship management
  • Maintain price trackers, project trackers, and departmental reports
  • Undertake other Procurement and project duties as directed

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative or procurement-support role
  • Experience in FMCG or engineering environments preferred
  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP) advantageous
  • Confident liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
