Working Hours: 38 hours per week: Monday – Thursday: 8:15am to 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am to 1:00pm Job Description: We’re currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a growing engineering team. In this role, you will support production processes and quality functions across various manufacturing areas. You will drive continuous improvement through lean and Six Sigma methodologies, lead the development of SOPs, and support the successful introduction of new products. The Process Engineer will be instrumental in process re-engineering, cost-efficiency initiatives, and process automation. You will liaise with QA, technical and sales teams to ensure quality standards and performance metrics are met and improved upon. This is an excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer looking to make a tangible impact in a thriving manufacturing environment. Skills & Experience: * 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role * Hands-on experience with automation, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred) * Proven knowledge of FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, and SPC * Experience working with ISO-audited environments * Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams * Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline (HND/HNC considered) * Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills Why Should You Apply?
