Job Description: Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Director, the Operations Manager will take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing and operational performance across the business. This role requires a visible, hands-on operational leader who can drive performance, improve operational efficiencies, and re-engage teams across the shop floor. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational growth, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and helping the business transition into a more automated manufacturing environment.
