Job Description:
- Designing and implementing operational strategies and CI frameworks
- Driving lean methodologies across processes and systems
- Managing cross-functional teams and leading process optimization projects
- Collaborating internationally to align and share best practices
- Mentoring and coaching team members and stakeholders in OE principles
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in Operational Excellence within manufacturing/high-tech sectors
- Proven success managing enterprise-level change and CI projects
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification (preferred)
- Expertise in tools like DMAIC, Kaizen, A3, 5S, Value Stream Mapping
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
