Job Description: The Facilities Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted delivery of facilities services across a high-tech manufacturing site. This position involves leading maintenance and operations teams while driving high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising daily activities to ensure production targets are met with minimal disruption. You will oversee shift planning, resource allocation, and contractor management, ensuring all work is completed safely and effectively. You will also monitor performance using KPIs, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
