Salary: £48,000 PA + Benefits:

Job Description: As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime across the site. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding quickly to breakdowns and resolving faults efficiently
- Following and improving preventative maintenance schedules
- Completing planned maintenance (PPM) activities in line with annual plans
- Recording and completing follow-up maintenance work
- Supporting root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with engineering projects when required
- Improving line efficiency, quality, and reducing waste through effective maintenance
Skills & Experience: To succeed as a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you should have:
- Time Served Apprenticeship
- Multi Skilled, mechanical bias
- Experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Strong fault-finding skills on electrical and automated systems
- Welding, fabrication, turning, milling
