Location: Washington, Tyne & Wear

Salary: up to £45,000 DOE

Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, bonus scheme, company pension, flexible working

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description: As the Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the marketing function, overseeing strategy, campaign execution, budget management, and team leadership. You will collaborate across departments to deliver effective marketing communications that align with company objectives and support business development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of the marketing team
  • Planning and delivering campaigns, events, and exhibitions
  • Overseeing all content creation including email, case studies, social media, and press releases
  • Conducting competitor and market analysis
  • Managing relationships with media and external stakeholders
  • Leading video and photography content initiatives
  • Delivering flagship publications and digital assets

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a B2B marketing role
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and events
  • Confident in negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Creative, strategic, and results-driven
