Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians to deliver engineering excellence. * Drive best practice in manufacturing engineering across legacy and new product introduction projects. * Champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and ensure smooth NPI handovers. * Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing challenges and support business development bids. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, industry standards, and customer requirements. * Manage departmental budgets, identify new technologies, and implement improvement initiatives. * Develop and maintain KPIs to proactively drive performance and results. Skills and Experience Required * Able to demonstrate leadership and work with engineers and technicians. * Experience within manufacturing, defense or aerospace is very desirable. * Experience in New Product Introduction and APQP.
