Working Hours: * Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm * Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm Benefits: * 25 days annual leave + additional holiday after 5 years’ service * Profit share scheme * Pension contribution * Development opportunities * Supportive and stable team environment Job Description: As the Maintenance Planner – Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that engineering operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll take ownership of documentation, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement activities. This Maintenance Planner – Coordinator position is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who can identify root causes of issues, build clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and implement preventative strategies to reduce downtime. You’ll coordinate and plan maintenance shutdowns, manage inventory, and liaise with the wider supply chain and production teams. While hands-on experience isn’t essential, a solid understanding of engineering and maintenance processes is key. This is a key succession hire, working closely with a team of 10 and replacing a Maintenance Supervisor and Trainer due to retire. You’ll be instrumental in embedding TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices and helping to lead the next chapter of this department.
