Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setup, process optimisation, and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. You will manage your own shift with support from a small team, allowing you to focus on minimising downtime and achieving consistently high levels of performance. This role requires proven experience in injection moulding along with an IMT Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification. The ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and maintain production flow is essential.
