Hourly Rate: £28,610 - £33,240 (depending on experience)
Shifts: 3 on / 3 off – 12-hour shifts (alternating days and nights)

Job Description:
As an IML Setter Technician, you’ll be responsible for setting and running injection moulding machines equipped with IML automation. Reporting to the Shift Manager or IML Process Engineer, your goal is to produce high-quality, customer-specified products while maintaining safety, efficiency, and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate and maintain all IML machinery and robotics safely and effectively
- Perform product changeovers and tooling setups to meet production targets
- Diagnose and resolve machine faults post-training
- Ensure accurate completion of documentation and IT system records
- Train and oversee machine packers on shift
- Maintain high hygiene standards and workplace cleanliness
- Follow company procedures and participate in training programmes
