Job Description:
As an Industrial Process Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of the Manufacturing Engineering team. Your primary focus will be to improve manufacturing processes by driving efficiency, enhancing quality, and promoting a lean manufacturing culture. You’ll champion data-driven decision-making, analyse machining and paint processes, and work with both internal teams and external vendors to elevate productivity. The Industrial Process Engineer role is hands-on and strategic—you’ll be identifying opportunities through value stream mapping, FMEA studies, and process optimisation techniques, all while ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering standards are upheld and continually improved. Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree or HNC with equivalent experience.

- Strong analytical and project planning skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
