Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to lead and develop a growing engineering team within a thriving renewable energy business. This Site Manager position combines hands-on technical design work with team leadership responsibilities. The successful Site Manager will oversee a team of engineers, review and approve designs, improve processes and help shape the future of the department. As Site Manager, you will take ownership of design quality, technical compliance and project delivery across commercial renewable energy projects. You will also work closely with senior leadership to introduce stronger construction-focused design controls, documentation processes and best practice standards.
