Working Hours
4 on, 4 off shift pattern covering days and nights.
12‑hour shifts averaging 42 hours per week.

Job Description
As an Electrically Biased Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining plant performance and reliability across a busy manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance activities while supporting continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production and plant equipment
- Electrical fault finding on PLCs, drives, motors and control systems
- Mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors and rotating equipment
- Supporting plant efficiency and minimising downtime
- Assisting with continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures
Skills & Experience
- A completed apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering
- Strong electrical fault‑finding experience within manufacturing or industry
- Knowledge of PLC fault finding (Siemens experience advantageous)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Experience working within a fast‑paced production environment
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred)
- A proactive approach and strong team‑working skills
