Working Hours: You will be working on a three-shift rotational pattern averaging 38.5 hours per week: * Week 1: * Monday: 05:00 – 15:00 * Tuesday to Friday: 07:00 – 15:00 * Week 2: * Monday to Thursday: 23:00 – 07:00 * Friday: 23:00 – 08:00 * Week 3: * Monday to Friday: 15:00 – 23:00 Flexibility is key, with occasional weekend work and overtime expected. Job Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform fault-finding and diagnostics on equipment and control systems, including PLCs Conduct planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment uptime Work on continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis (e.g., QC Story, Major Breakdown Reporting) Participate in risk assessments and maintain high engineering standards Support with shift cover for absence, shutdowns, and urgent projects Skills & Experience: Essential: Fully accredited apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering HNC or equivalent Level 3 qualification (Electrical/Mechatronics) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience with control panels and PLCs (Omron and Siemens preferred, Allen Bradley acceptable) Flexibility for rotating shifts, overtime, and weekend work Excellent teamwork and communication skills Desirable: 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to continuous improvement tools Familiarity with QC Story and risk assessment procedures Why Should You Apply?
