Job Description: The Manufacturing Cell Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities within a designated production cell, ensuring targets are achieved across safety, quality, productivity, and delivery. Working on a permanent day shift pattern, you will lead, coach, and develop a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment whilst supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high operational standards. The role requires a proactive and hands-on leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive performance whilst fostering a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the production team to achieve daily operational targets
  • Supporting and developing team members through coaching and training
