Job Description: This role is a pure new business position, ideal for a driven “hunter” who thrives on winning new clients. Responsibilities include:
- Proactively targeting new clients across manufacturing, logistics, retail and commercial sectors
- Conducting outbound activity including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and networking
- Securing meetings with senior decision-makers such as FM Managers, Operations Directors and Procurement leads
- Building and nurturing early-stage client relationships
- Managing and tracking activity through CRM systems
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs for calls, meetings and opportunities generated
- Representing the business at events, exhibitions and industry forums
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
This role offers full autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of your pipeline and success.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a pure new business role
- Background in facilities management, M&E, building services or similar (desirable)
- Strong track record of generating your own leads and winning new clients
- Confident cold caller with a proactive and resilient approach
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, target-driven and highly organised
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
