Are you a highly organised Business Administrator looking for a varied role where every day is different? This respected and growing organisation is seeking a Business Administrator to support the Managing Director and ensure the smooth running of the office.

As the Business Administrator, you will:

  • Manage front-of-house duties, handle inbound enquiries, and provide confidential executive support.
  • Act as the super-user for the company’s Salesforce CRM, helping to streamline processes and enhance internal efficiency.
  • Span responsibilities including executive assistance, office management, marketing coordination, and supporting various departments.
  • Arrange travel and appointments, organise company events, and contribute to social media content.
  • Key tasks include diary management, meeting organisation, document creation, data management, filing, minute-taking, processing post, ordering supplies, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful Business Administrator will be confident using Microsoft 365 to an advanced level and comfortable working with multiple systems and applications.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365.
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Experience managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage your own workload.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent written English; German language skills are a bonus.
  • Level 3 qualification minimum (Level 4 desirable).
  • Confident, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
