Job Description: We are recruiting for a CNC Horizontal OR Vertical Borer Setter/Operator/Programmer to join a busy and well-established engineering team. The role involves setting, operating, and programming CNC milling / turning machines using Fanuc control systems. Working from detailed customer drawings and specifications, you will produce high-quality medium to heavy components to tight tolerances. You will also utilise CAD/CAM software such as Cimco or Fusion for programming tasks. This role requires a high level of independence, and you will be expected to carry out self-inspection to ensure all work meets strict quality standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working as a CNC Horizontal OR Vertical Borer Setter/Operator/Programmer
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc control systems
- Experience using CAD/CAM software such as Cimco or Fusion
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience machining medium to heavy components

- Willingness to work overtime when required
