Working Hours: Night Shift – Full-time Shifts: Monday – Thursday: 18:00 – 06:00 (4 x 12-hour shifts) - constant nights, 4 day week. Overtime available as required.

We are recruiting for a CNC Miller Setter/Operator/Programmer to join a busy and well-established engineering team. The CNC Miller Setter/Operator/Programmer will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines using Fanuc control systems.
Working from detailed customer drawings and specifications, you will produce high-quality medium to heavy components to tight tolerances. The CNC Miller Setter/Operator/Programmer will also utilise CAD/CAM software such as Cimco or Fusion for programming tasks.
This role requires a high level of independence, and the CNC Miller Setter/Operator/Programmer will be expected to carry out self-inspection to ensure all work meets strict quality standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working as a CNC Miller Setter/Operator/Programmer
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc control systems
- Experience using CAD/CAM software such as Cimco or Fusion
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience machining medium to heavy components
- Ability to self-inspect work and maintain high quality standards
- Willingness to work overtime when required
