An established industrial business is seeking a Health & Safety Adviser to support its growing operation. With an expanded site and workforce, the business is investing in dedicated health and safety support.
You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, report directly to a director and have the opportunity to make a practical contribution to workplace safety.

Job Description:
As Health & Safety Adviser, you'll support health and safety across a busy industrial environment, working alongside operational colleagues and the existing site team.
The position is primarily based in Middlesbrough, with occasional travel to other sites that may involve several days away.
The Health & Safety Adviser will receive support on site while developing their knowledge and taking on responsibility. There may also be opportunities to broaden your experience into quality and, over time, wider health and safety responsibilities.
Skills & Experience:
The Health & Safety Adviser opportunity would suit someone with around two years' relevant experience who wants to develop their career.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial logistics would be valuable, particularly exposure to environments involving forklifts, cranes or saws.
NEBOSH General is desirable rather than essential. Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a practical approach are priorities, with potential training support for the right person.
